It is unknown where Seth was when he was struck by lightning, but his power was granted and is regarded as one of the most useful. He has the ability to take powers from others and transfer them to anyone. This ability may be used by the Gamemakers as he has been informed of this fact, his power may be used in the long run to get rid of his Tribute’s power. He’s working with Simon as best he can, although the effort really isn’t necessary considering that Simon is brilliant and skilled on his own two feet. But their working on an angle so that he won’t have to kill Alisha, all though the subject still has been discussed. Thank God Simon has not broken down because Seth wouldn’t know how to deal wit that. He tries to be casual with Simon as if training him for a football match of some sort, but he knows what he’s really preparing him for it makes him sick.
